1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 115z platform via our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 115z services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 115z as the platform operator. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be terminated immediately.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version of the terms supersedes all previous versions.
2Account Creation & Security
To access the full 115z service, you are required to register an account by providing true, accurate, and complete information. Each individual is only permitted to register one account. Holding more than one account is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
Account Holder Responsibilities
- Keeping your password confidential at all times.
- Not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
- Notifying 115z immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your profile information up to date and accurate at all times.
Identity Verification
115z reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal. This includes a valid copy of your IC or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.
3Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
115z users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without notice:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or manipulation of the platform's systems.
- Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner contrary to the intent of those programmes.
- Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits.
- Disrupting or attempting to interfere with the technical operations of the 115z platform.
115z reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary. Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their accounts.
4Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 115z platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods supported by the platform, including local internet banking, digital wallets such as Boost and GrabPay, and Visa and Mastercard.
Deposit Policy
- Deposits are processed according to the selected method, and processing times vary by payment method.
- 115z is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet operators.
- A minimum deposit may apply depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawals will be processed within 1–3 business days upon completion of identity verification.
- Daily withdrawal limits vary according to the user's VIP tier.
- 115z reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review and anti-fraud purposes.
Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported to the 115z support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be able to be processed.
5Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
115z reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or if suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity is suspected. In the event of an account suspension:
- Users will be notified via their registered email if an account is suspended for reasons that may be resolved.
- Any valid account balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, provided no fraud or breach of terms is confirmed.
- Accounts closed due to fraud or serious violations are not eligible for reinstatement.
- Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting the 115z support team via email at [email protected].
6Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Amendments to Terms
Limitation of Liability
115z is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from gaming, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond 115z's control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 115z platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and interface designs — is the property of 115z or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.
Amendments to Terms
115z reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Third-Party Links
The 115z platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and software providers. 115z is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
